Any web design, development, or support services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Lehko, which will describe scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables. Payment methods we accept include Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and Payoneer, as specified in your agreement or invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and logos — belong to Lehko or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Sample projects shown on the Site are demonstrations of our capabilities. Ownership of client project deliverables is defined in the applicable service agreement; typically, upon full payment, you own your website.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep information accurate and the Site running smoothly, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lehko will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability related to paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
